Swedish Art Director Johan caught my eye with his classic monochrome outfit that was punctuated with his great 2009 re-issues of the Nike Air Pegasus 89. I have had my eyes on these shoes for a while and was disappointed that they sold out very quickly in black here in Australia.
Johan mentioned that he travelled further afield to get these kicks though, which leads me to think that some trends might be developing between the Swedish sneaker lovers that I have met so far.
1) Like Fabian who I met in December, Johan is a Swedish Nike lover.
2) Like Fabian, Johan picked up his kicks in LA.
3) Like Fabian, Johan is an Art Director (he makes some amazing ads and promos for MTV).
I've never been to Sweden but from my findings so far I can only assume that it's a country with a great taste in Nike sneakers (all purchased from LA), where everyone is a very talented Art Director.
