Causing quite a scene while running up and down Sydney's Pitt St, I spotted this hard rocking sneaker wearer when he was out and about promoting his bands debut single.
Armed with an MP3 player, a pair of headphones and a video camera - Contraban were taking their music to the people to get a first hand reaction to their work. I was asked my opinion, and I thought it was pretty cool. You can check out the band and their single 'My Town' here.
His look is pure rock and roll from head to toe, and these shoes may look battered, but like Keith Richards they still keep on going. He (the guy in the pic, not Keith Richards that is) picked up these once black and white Puma 917 Mid Hi-Top Sneakers from a vintage clothing store, and despite needing some tape to cover holes on the toes he is confident that they have plenty more life in them so lets hope he and the shoes can keep on rocking.
