adidas 15 Years of Gonz; Sydney

Following on from last week's In Their Shoes interview with famed skate photographer Benjamin Deberdt, it's time to turn attention to the subject of some of Benjamin's most acclaimed work; skate god Mark Gonzales.
Sydney was in the grasp of Gonz fever last week as adidas' touring '15 Years of Gonz and adidas' exhibition reached Australian shores.
The exhibition combines shots of the great man from a select core of legendary skate photographers, along with exhibits showcasing the evolution of the Gonzales shoe, which also includes the newest shoes in the range.
I was lucky enough to get a few shots at the exhibition's launch night which brought out an eclectic crowd of all ages, that showed after 15 years adidas and Gonz are continuining to go from strength to strength!
