I love making movies, and I love sneakers, so when Nike asked me to take part in their #FeelTheCity campaign to test out their new Nike Free Hyperfit running shoes I couldn't resist.
Not only could I not resist giving the shoes a great workout, but I also couldn't resist making this little movie with my iPhone too as I put them through their paces at Bondi Beach in Sydney. And yes, I did get plenty of funny looks filming myself running.
Funny looks aside, it was a great experience as I'm not usually a fan of free running shoes, but these are exceptional; comfortable, durable and generally...great!, and I'm hoping most of the looks coming my way were admiring glances at the shoes rather than stares at me for filming myself.
As it's the weekend I hope this inspires you to get out their and feel your city too with some running. Whether it's track, road, sand, field or whatever, get out there, and check out the Nike Free Hyperfit!
