Sometimes clothes are not needed to make a look and with his clearly visible commitment to body art Emilio's use of sneakers as a mere accessory has the power to Shox (sorry for the pun).
Spotted at Bondi Beach, as he was soaking up some summer sun his use of sneakers caught my eye. I often spot shoes being used as a centrepiece to a look either stylistically or for practical use, but here as Emilio showed off his ink, his shoes were relegated to a mere support role.
They boomed in the early 2000's you don't see many Nike Shox these days, but Emilio is a repeat customer loving the rarity of the shoe which makes them stand out. Yes, they do stand out, but I'm not sure they're the most obvious thing about Emilio's look as the inking is pretty epic.
By his own admission he's in too deep with body art. The star on his head is his pick of his bold tattoo collection (and also the most painful), and he has no plans to stop now with his legs the next canvas to be worked on, more colour, more flair, and more art for his shoes to accessorise.
