Most people I meet seem to be lucky enough to work in jobs that allow them to wear sneakers 7 days a week - but Nick is a Banker, and only has the weekends to crack out his beloved kicks.
They may have initially been made for the competitive athlete looking for functional ankle support back in '64, but in the Mexico Mid Runner from Onitsuka Tiger, Nick has found a shoe that can deal with anything he puts it through.
From festivals to skating and more (he wouldn't say what exactly but described it as 'a lot'. Sometimes it's best not to ask!), the shoes have been Nick's weekend footwear for 2 years and although he's starting to think about investing in a replacement pair the shoes are still going strong, and my money's on them having a few more adventures before they are finally retired.
